Deceptions End: Nabiki's Art
(Rough Draft)

Ranma wakes up in the middle of the night to try to
steal a roll of risqué film while Nabiki's asleep and
finds her gone and the window open  ......... Looking
out he sees candle light in the dojo, sneaks with all
his skill and looks in. There he sees a young woman
in a black body suit (like a one piece bathing suit
but with full arms) doing a perfect, fluid kata n the
middle of the dojo. Her face constantly hidden in
shadow.

As he watches she snaps into action, performing
anything goes aerial combat and some other art form
combined in fluid lethal beauty staying air born
through kicks and punches for times that Ranma himself
would find difficult. shadows dancing across her
sweat sheened body from the flickering candle light.
As Ranma watches breathless he realizes 3 things.
1.the other art is ninjitsu the assassins' art of
lethal stealth.
2.The girl is making no noise whatsoever.
3.And that he's just realized who he's watching.

"Nabiki" he breaths lightly.  Then realizes his mistake
as the girl twists like a cat horizontally in mid air
their eyes meet for a fraction of a second that feels
like hours. He sees shock and anger in the girls
eyes.

And in that second as the girls pulled back to the
floor by gravity, she releases several throwing knives
in his direction. He blinks as a knife impacts the
wood on each side of his head and the girl is gone.

After looking around he tries to figure out where she
got the knives, since she was wearing such tight
clothes.

Ranma jumps in through Nabiki's window and Finds she's
lying in bed obviously naked under the covers from the
sight of her bare arms and shoulders with a plate of
chocolate chunk cookies by her side and an empty glass
of milk.
Nabiki herself was is laying in bed her lips stained
with chocolate and crumbs on her bed. Apparently
asleep as she was smiling, giggling and talking baby
talk to herself.

"She's kinda cute when she's like this. it couldn't
have been her" Ranma whispered as he started to walk
back to her window. Then he saw the black leotard
crumpled in the corner. And stopped.*doesn't Nabiki
wear pajamas to bed?* he asked himself.

"Fuck" breathed Nabiki as she sat up. Ranma Turned his
head slowly to his right seeing Nabiki start to
shudder and cry. "Please don't tell my family Ranma.
Akane thinks I gave up the art and daddy would disown
me if he found out I use Ninjitsu.
And...and..Ka..su..mi wouldn't love me (sob)anymore."

Ranma turned to her. He was so confused he didn't even
know how to feel at that moment. He sat next to her
and lifted her chin. Her skin was so soft. And she was
so vulnerable right now. "I wont tell anyone anything
okay. Jes stop cryin... kay Nabiki." "Promise?" she
pleaded her voice trembling and hitching. 

"I promise on the code of budo and my honor as a
martial artist." Nabiki smiled. Ranma hugged Nabiki.

Nabiki cried a little longer as Ranma held her in his
arms. His left hand caressed smoothed her hair as his
right hand stroked her back. secretly pressing her
comfort, calming and sleep points.  Her breathing
steadied and he laid her back on her pillows. And
tucked Nabiki in. *She's so cute when she's asleep.*
Thought Ranma as he stood in Nabiki's window sill
ready to jump down. "I love you Ranma. "Nabiki
whispered in her sleep. This was of course followed by
a crash as Ranma fell out her window in shock.

(Akane's window opens) 

"What are you doing under my sisters window you
letch?"
"It's not what you think Akane, Please put down the
hammer."
"Oh I'll put it down all right. Down on your head."
Ahhhhh(slash) higher pitch aahhhh.

(One minute later a small red haired girl achieves low
earth orbit.

This is but a compressed summery of one part of my
story Deceptions End: Nabiki Art

"Yeah I know Nabiki's a littl....lot OOC But even she
has secrets to hide. I'm also writing a story where
all the mothers were there to raise their children.
Genma lives in fear of Nodoka but loves her deeply
Ranma has a sister(Ranko), Ukyo turns out feminine,
The Kuno's are sane(maybe), shampoo and mousse have a
more mutual relationship.

As for the Tendo's?
Soun is happy as is Kimiko his wife. Kasumi was popular
in school and has a life. Akane still can't cook but 
has lost a lot of her temper. And Nabiki practices the
Art constantly with Akane as her occasional sparring 
partner.

The Saotome's Visit for a weekend every few months
until Genma convinces Nodoka that moving to Nerima
would help their children grow together so they could
unite the families. Ranma likes the Tendo girls and
falls for Nabiki and vice versa. 

Where does the zaniness come in? one word: Urd

She had noticed that all these kids have lost their
mothers in one way or another and decides to stabilize
things by changing that. Now not only does Ranma have
his hoard of fiancés but now so Ranko. Yes there will
be curses. (And a half demon named Shasta.)  :)
